Overview About Meridian Group Training Program
Meridian provides training programs at levels 2 and 3 of the National Qualifications Framework. These learnerships, focused on visual retailing, are for unemployed individuals and are facilitated by the Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&R Seta).

Minimum Needs Required:
Introductory numeracy and knowledge.
– NQF position 2 – Grade 10 overhead.
– NQF position 3 – Matric.
- Must be available to work when stores are open, even on weekends.
- Must have a reliable way to travel to and from work.
- Learners will be paid R3000.00 each month, with a bonus after finishing the program.
- Must be hardworking, capability to problem break, chastened, and devoted to completing the learnership.

Duties And Responsibilities:
Transactional Procedures and operations
- Credit Collection( Full Function)
- Effective customer Prospecting
- Assessment of credit operation to ensure delicacy (Nationally)
- Monitoring, and assaying operations meets internal criteria- vindicating information and do credit check through ITC & CGIC and for trouble exposure
- Prepare recommendation for donation to blessing commission
- Opening new account
- Perform Credit Line Review on being customer
- Monitoring train conservation and amending information as requested and linking the master account
- Creating New lines for the new deals approved
- Reconciliation of ITC Statement and prepare and submit for payment
- Enquiries/ Correspondence and General Support
