This role involves performing a comprehensive range of cleaning services across all rental housing schemes managed by the company.
Job Purpose
These services may include, but are not limited to, cleaning common areas such as hallways, stairwells, and lobbies; maintaining the cleanliness of vacant units between tenant occupancies; and addressing specific cleaning requests from residents as needed.

The goal is to ensure a consistently clean and sanitary environment for all residents within our rental properties.
Application Requirements:
- Simple reading and writing skills.
- Past work history showing you’ve done cleaning jobs.
- Healthy and able to do physical work.
- Able to be on your feet and walk around a lot.
- A background check is required. You must let the Tshwane Metro Police take your fingerprints, and you will have to pay for it.
Personal Attributes/ Competencies:
- Ability to do physical work for continuous periods related to
- operation and maintenance activities; ability to work under
- pressure; ability to work in a group; good communication skills
