Requirements:
- Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of a Grade 12 certificate or its equivalent, along with 6-11 months of relevant work experience and a valid security certificate of Grade C. It is mandatory for candidates to be registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and hold a valid PSIRA certificate.
- Additionally, applicants should demonstrate computer literacy and have prior experience in CCTV operations within a control room environment, which will be considered an added advantage.
- The law governing public premises and vehicle access, the PSIRA Act, and the Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS) are essential requirements for this role. The successful applicant must be ready to work in a shift-based setting and efficiently manage high-stress situations. Preference will be given to Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) trainees and administrative interns who have previously or currently serve the Department, as per the Personnel Circular Letter 4 of 2017.

- As a security officer, your primary responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive safeguarding of state assets, vehicles, employees, patients, contractors, and visitors within the hospital premises. This includes closely monitoring and controlling the movement of patients and visitors, ensuring the safety and security of all individuals on site.
