Job Description:
This position is responsible for delivering customer support in OM branch offices, mainly by guiding them through the digital customer service interface during the Two-pot retirement fund withdrawal period.

The role involves managing queues and reducing the workload on Branch staff.
The employee will assist customers using digital devices with their Two-pot retirement fund transactions, including:


– Providing information

Offering self-service guidance
Sharing call centre details
Facilitating the submission process through the customer’s device.

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate or Equivalent NQF 4
