Momentum is now accepting applications for its 2026 Learnership Program. This program lasts for one year and takes place in Centurion, Gauteng, as well as Bellville, Cape Town. It is designed for young, unemployed South Africans and includes both classroom lessons and practical work experience.

Programme Structure:
The learnership combines formal learning with workplace exposure. You participate in classroom sessions and practical training within the Momentum environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
During the programme, you take part in structured learning and operational activities.
- Take part in lessons and on-the-job instruction related to the learnership.
- Do the tasks given that follow the Momentum Metropolitan learning plan.
- Understand the company’s offerings, rules, and how it operates internally.
- Create a collection of proof for SETA to review.
- Fill out logbooks for work-based learning.
- Finish all tests, both ongoing and final.
- Operate using the company’s systems and follow its operational steps.
- Act professionally as a staff member of Momentum Metropolitan.
- Always show the values of the Momentum Group.
- Pass the EISA test.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet all requirements listed below.
- You must have finished high school.
- You need at least 40% in Math or 60% in Math Literacy.
- You also need at least 50% in English and another South African language.
- You must be a South African citizen between 18 and 30 years old.
- You cannot have a job when you apply. You must be free for the entire 12-month program, from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027.
- You must be able to get to work daily using your own transportation.
- You cannot be studying at a college or university, either part-time or full-time.
- You cannot have already completed this exact training program.
