DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome guests and direct them to the suitable individual or office.
- Reply, screen, forward incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Keep a clean and respectable reception area.
- Oversee and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide general information to guests and callers about the distribution center’s operations and services.
- Assist the Distribution Center General Manager with daily administrative tasks, including planning meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents
- Maintain and organise office documents, records, and databases.
- Handle confidential and delicate information with caution.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in arranging organization occasions, gatherings, and instructional courses.
- Team up with different departments to help deliver focus activities.
- Help with information section and handling of requests, invoices, and different reports.
- Create and circulate functional reports as required.
CONDITIONS REQUIRED:
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to oversee managerial assignments and support senior management.
- Client support insight.
