We are looking for people with the right skills to join our Engineering Learning Program (Learnership).
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to be placed on an Engineering Learning Program (Learnership).
A Limited number of positions are available
FIELD OF TRAINING
- Diesel Mechanic
- Electrician
- Auto Electrician
- Fitter
- Boilermaker
- Plumber
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Maths and Science or N2 with relevent subjects
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The chosen person will only get the job if they pass a medical exam as required by the Mine Health and Safety Act.
People applying should be ready to take job-related tests if these are needed to help choose the best person.
The Mine might also check credit scores, criminal records, and references if it thinks this is important.

Designated groups wil receive preference and in making a final selection, consideration will be given to achieving the Mining Charter as well as the TRP Employment Equity Plan.
