Job Objectives:
- Do all the tasks at the checkout quickly and well.
- Scan items and take payments correctly, and handle loyalty rewards with care.
- Always be careful with money.
- Actively encourage customers to join the Clicks clubcard to meet membership goals.
- Tell customers about deals so they buy more and feel happy with their savings.
- Give great customer service by representing the brand well, being available, and giving helpful and friendly service.
- Do all stocking and cleaning jobs well, following the store’s standards.
- Help Clicks become the top choice for health and beauty by following the company’s values.
- Stay informed about products, deals, and events so you can always give customers the right information.
Knowledge:
- Ability to do simple math.
- Experience in retail or fast-moving consumer goods, with knowledge of how to display products and run sales.
- Familiarity with how to handle and control stock.
- Awareness of how to provide excellent customer service.
