CLEANER NEEDED

PAYMENT : R138 486 yearly (Level 02), not inluding benefits.
PLACEMENT : Pretoria
CONDITIONS :
- Need an ABET Level 4 or Grade 12 qualification.
- Must know how to clean properly.
- Must be able to talk well with others.
- Must be able to write basic things.
- Must be good at dealing with people.
- Having worked as a cleaner before is a plus.
DUTIES :
- The right person will dust and shine office furniture, sweep and mop tile floors, vacuum carpets, and clean glass doors.
- They will also empty and wash trash cans, replace bin liners, and cover for others on different floors.
- You also need to tell someone if cleaning machines or tools are not working, add more soap to dispensers, and put in new toilet paper and paper towels.
- The job includes cleaning, washing, and disinfecting toilets, urinals, and seats, plus emptying and washing waste bins, and cleaning mirrors and wall tiles.
- Cleaning boardrooms and public areas, sweeping and mopping public tiled floors, and removing trash from public spaces are part of the role. Other duties involve cleaning the reception area, entrances, stairs, hallways, elevators, and elevator lobbies.
- Finally, they will clean microwaves and fridges in the kitchen, put out wet floor signs, and sweep/mop kitchen floors and wall tiles.
