Clicks Group – Shop Assistant

To deliver service excellence through efficient customer service, point of sale (POS) operational activities and merchandising in store that leads to a positive customer experience.

Job Objectives:

  • Do all the tasks at the checkout quickly and well.
  • Scan items and take payments correctly, and handle loyalty rewards with care.
  • Always be careful with money.
  • Actively encourage customers to join the Clicks clubcard to meet membership goals.
  • Tell customers about deals so they buy more and feel happy with their savings.
  • Give great customer service by representing the brand well, being available, and giving helpful and friendly service.
  • Do all stocking and cleaning jobs well, following the store’s standards.
  • Help Clicks become the top choice for health and beauty by following the company’s values.
  • Stay informed about products, deals, and events so you can always give customers the right information.

Knowledge:

  • Ability to do simple math.
  • Experience in retail or fast-moving consumer goods, with knowledge of how to display products and run sales.
  • Familiarity with how to handle and control stock.
  • Awareness of how to provide excellent customer service.
