Aftermarket Administrative Fellow

Department: Human Resources (BP64030)

Join our aftermarket team to support essential administrative operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth workflows across our commercial vehicle services and requires strong organizational skills and computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate schedules with regional managers.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and inventory systems.
Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
Deliver excellent customer and stakeholder service.

Requirements:

Matric certificate.
0–2 years administrative experience (automotive preferred).
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Attention to detail, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.

HR and Training Administrator

Department: Human Resources (BP64030)

Role Overview:

Support the HR department by maintaining employee records, assisting with training coordination, onboarding, and ensuring HR compliance. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain employee records and internal HR databases.
Liaise with external partners (e.g. insurance providers).
Support the payroll team with employee data.
Assist with HR events and training logistics.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Industrial, Environmental, or Quality Sciences.

ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications (advantageous).

Familiarity with lean practices is preferred.
