Give amazing customer service by being easy to find in the store and knowing what customers need through your health and supplement knowledge.
Wellnes Assistant – Clicks Centurion
Talk to customers and give them good advice on health, food, and supplement products.
Sell more health products to meet goals by promoting different brands and selling more expensive or related items to make more money.
Keep health product areas stocked by following stock rules to help boost sales.
Stop products from going to waste by following stock rotation rules.
Stop products from being stolen by following all safety rules.
Keep the store clean and tidy to make it a nice place for customers to shop.
Help put products on shelves by following the store’s display rules.
Follow all the store’s rules and procedures.
Keep service consistent by learning more about products, improving yourself, and sharing product information with other staff.

Job Knowledge:
Must know: Simple facts about health, exercise, and supplement products.
Must know: Simple understanding of how stores work, like handling stock, displaying items, and keeping things safe.
Job Skills:
Must have: Good at talking and working with people.
Must have: Focused on helping customers.
Must have: Good at selling products.
Must have: Good at arranging products nicely.
Helpful: Basic computer skills.
Make sure healthcare products are always available by properly handling stock to increase sales.
Avoid wasting products in your area by using stock rotation methods.
Prevent stock from being lost by following safety rules.
Keep the store clean and hygienic to make it a nice place for customers to shop.
Help display products by following guidelines.
Follow all of the store’s normal procedures.
Keep providing good service by learning more and sharing product information with others who help out.
Job Experience:
Required: At least 1 year of experience in a similar job.
Required: Experience with sports nutrition and vitamin products.
Required: Good selling abilities; training in customer service.
Education:
Required: High school diploma.
Preferred: Qualification in sports, fitness, or nutrition.
Preferred: 50% in Mathematics (or 60% in Mathematical Literacy); 50% in English and a passing grade in Life Science.
